  I ordered a 3 room special on Nov 17. 2017 and they delivered my bedroom set and my living room set with no problem but I have yet to receive my dinning room set. When they delivered my other furniture they told me my table would be in the next tuesday...it didnt come in i had to wait a week...when they finally delivered my dinning set, it was the wrong table and it was damaged...they said it would take another week to receive my table and they left me the damaged set promising they would deliver my table and exchange them out now they are saying my table still has not arrived and that I would have to wait another week for my table..this is going on three weeks and I paid cash for my furniture..This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  They didn't have what we wanted in stock so we had to order. Ok no problem. We were told by the manager that it will arrive in 2-3 days. I never received a call or an update. I called to check a week later and it was still not in. This was on a Monday. Was told that due to the bad weather it will be coming in Wednesday. Called to check Wednesday and it still it's the here. Called to check Thursday and it still isn't here. Was told that it will definitely be in Friday. Called Saturday and it still isn't here. It has now been 2 weeks and I don't have my furniture and I haven't received any calls from the store with an update. They refuse to give my money back. Bad business all the way around. Don't use them.

  Didn't have exactly what I was looking for, BUT the employees didn't stop until I found exactly what I wanted! Had to order my living room set, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Ron is the employee that I deal with every time I go. He has great customer service, a warm and inviting smile, and he's always happy and pleased to help he most definitely go the extra mile to assure great quality and that you leave happy. I do think that the female manager should be more involved with her customers, and perk up a little she always seems so angry, and that's bad for business!
