Had extra fees to rent a dress, couldn't but it outright because my bridesmaid dress was already rented out to another bridal party( the following week) I was told I was four sizes bigger that what I am so my dress could fit the other girl. My dress was ready the day before the wedding. I didn't get to make sure the second round of alterations fit me correctly. I will not use this business ever again.
