  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When we first switched over to Sprint from Verizon it was because of their promotion that stated that they would pay so much to get you out of your contract or pay what is left on your account. After 2 hours being in this Sprint store we were told everything was "taken care of" including our previous bill to Verizon. However, I found out they never took care of my bill, and now it is in collections. The sales person didn't mention that we would have to upload our bill and we then would receive an American Express Card. I have brought this to their attention, and almost 2 wks later I am still getting the run around. The manager here is Emerald. She is about the laziest and rudest manager I've ever seen. She has been absolutely no help. She hung up on me and told me I could call the number she gave me. We are now speaking with our attorney about this matter. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!
