- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★July 03, 2020, by Buck MasterThey sale topsoil (among other materials, such as gravel) by the scoop on a John Deere tractor. One scoop is supposed to be one cubic yard. Be advised that they only have one person that can operate the tractor and he leaves at 5:00 PM sharp. If you are one minute late, you will have to wait for the next day. The topsoil is good quality soil.
